Admission Procedure

Sha-Shib offer a high quality educational experience and nurturing environment that fosters sharp learning skills. Sha-Shib has been in the educational field for a period spanning three decades. Our dedicated faculty, with their expertise in the world of aviation, will enlighten you on theoretical and practical subjects required to become a skilled licensed AME. Our admission process is framed in accordance with CAR 66 issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation and 133B of the Aircraft Rule 1937 derived from the Aircraft act 1934 (XXII to 1934) passed by Indian parliament, Govt. of India under the aircraft rule 1937.

Eligibility criteria:

The minimum Educational qualification is as below:

  1. Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths from a recognized board or university.
  2. 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Aeronautical from recognized board or university.
  3. Medical Examination for physical fitness and colour blindness by a certified Registered Doctor holding at a least MBBS degree.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form

  1. SAE Admission Form (Application Form)
  2. Self-Attested copies of 10th Certificate as DOB Proof (05 Nos.)
  3. Color Photographs (Passport size-05 Nos.)
  4. Aadhar Card

Documents Required

List of documents required at the time of admission:

  1. Self-Attested copies of HSC/12th Marksheet (05 Nos.)
  2. Character Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original)
  3. Medical Certificate as per given format (Original)
  4. Joint Affidavit as per given format on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper.
  5. Office copy of fee structure, duly signed by parents
  6. Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.

Admission for foreign students

  1. Admission for foreigners would be taken under the rule framed by the Govt. of India, State Govt. & DGCA from time to time.
  2. Foreign student can obtain Prospects & Application Form on payment of US $25.
  3. NRI Sponsored candidate seeking admission should submit sponsor certificate if required along with the admission form as per Govt. / DGCA rules.

Original Certificates may be produced/submitted at the time of admission for verification.
