Admission Procedure

Sha-Shib offer a high quality educational experience and nurturing environment that fosters sharp learning skills. Sha-Shib has been in the educational field for a period spanning three decades. Our dedicated faculty, with their expertise in the world of aviation, will enlighten you on theoretical and practical subjects required to become a skilled licensed AME. We are proud of the caliber of our staff and the work that they do; we are even prouder of the students with whom we work day by day.

Our admission process is framed in accordance with CAR 66 issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation and 133B of the Aircraft Rule 1937 derived from the Aircraft act 1934 (XXII to 1934) passed by Indian parliament, Govt. of India under the aircraft rule 1937.

Step 1

Admission Enquiry
(either online or offline)

Submit the online Enquiry Form from this link (click here) or visit the admissions office. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

Step 2

Registration Process
(either online or offline)

You are requested to visit the Admission Office, fill out the registration form and purchase the admission prospectus. Kindly carry one latest Passport size photo. Alternatively you may apply online.

Step 3

Joining Process
(offline)

Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A meeting can be scheduled with the Training Manager, so parents can have an interaction. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the counsellor/administrator through mail at info@shashibaero.org or telephone +91 6386510206.

Eligibility criteria:

The minimum Educational qualification is as below:

  1. Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths from a recognized board or university.
  2. 3 Year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Aeronautical from recognized board or university.
  3. Medical Examination for physical fitness and colour blindness by a certified Registered Doctor holding at a least MBBS degree.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form

  1. SAE Admission Form (Application Form)
  2. Self-Attested copies of 10th Certificate as DOB Proof (05 Nos.)
  3. Color Photographs (Passport size-05 Nos.)
  4. Aadhar Card

Documents Required

List of documents required at the time of admission:

  1. Self-Attested copies of HSC/12th Marksheet (05 Nos.)
  2. Character Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original)
  3. Medical Certificate as per given format (Original)
  4. Joint Affidavit as per given format on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper.
  5. Office copy of fee structure, duly signed by parents
  6. Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.

Admission for foreign students

  1. Admission for foreigners would be taken under the rule framed by the Govt. of India, State Govt. & DGCA from time to time.
  2. Foreign student can obtain Prospects & Application Form on payment of US $25.
  3. NRI Sponsored candidate seeking admission should submit sponsor certificate if required along with the admission form as per Govt. / DGCA rules.

Original Certificates may be produced/submitted at the time of admission for verification.

Step 4

Acceptance of Admission

  1. Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on available seats.
  2. Formal interviews with the child or the parent.
  3. Selected candidates will be required to make the payment of admission fee, library fee, uniform fee and 1 st semester fee at the time of joining.
  4. The institute reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the management will be final.
  5. Once the Fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter from the institution. This will inform you about further formalities, to be completed, if any.
  6. You will be intimated for the date and time of uniform.
  7. Textbooks will be given to all the students on the basis of extra payment, which will be decided by the academic council of Sha-Shib.
  8. You will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The student id card will be handed over to you by the Class Teacher.
Step 5

Parent Orientation Program

There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the institute.
