Sha-Shib Scholarship and Aptitude Test (SSAT) is your gateway to securing financial support for aviation and engineering courses at Sha-Shib Group institutions. Follow these steps to apply for the scholarship:

Step-by-Step Application Guide

Step 01

Register Online

  • Visit shashibaero.org or ssatindia.com
  • Click on the "Apply Now" button.
  • Fill in your basic details such as name, email, contact number, and academic background.

Step 02

Complete the Application Form

  • Provide the required academic and personal details.
  • Select the Sha-Shib Group institution of your preference.
  • Upload necessary documents like mark sheets, ID proof, and a passport-size photograph.

Step 03

Pay the Application Fee

  • Without Late Fee: Apply before February 15, 2025.
  • With Late Fee: Submit your application by April 15, 2025.
  • Payment can be made through:
    Debit/Credit Card
    Net Banking
    UPI

Step 04

Download Admit Card

  • Admit cards will be available for download from April 20, 2025.
  • Check for your exam date, time, and center details.

Step 05

Appear for SSAT 2025

  • Attend the exam between April 25 – May 5, 2025 at your allotted center.
  • Prepare well to maximize your scholarship eligibility.

Step 06

Check Results

  • *Results will be declared by May 10, 2025.
  • Log in to the official website to check your score and scholarship status.

Step 07

Claim Your Scholarship

  • Eligible candidates will receive scholarship details via email/SMS.
  • Visit the assigned Sha-Shib campus for admission and complete further formalities.Log in to the official website to check your score and scholarship status.
