Sha-Shib Group operates a Flying Training Institute in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, offering aspiring pilots the training required to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) approved by the DGCA, Government of India. Each year, numerous pilots earn their licenses through this institute and go on to serve various airlines and aircraft operators across India. The Group is also working towards establishing additional flying training institutes in the near future. During visits to these institutes, AME students gain valuable exposure to real-world maintenance environments and airworthiness management practices.
